Inspect Your Package
Your order will be shipped
to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage
or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Shipping Partners and Costs
After your item has been
packaged (and if you specified it to be engraved or sized) your package will be
delivered via one of these carriers, depending on order value and destination:
USPS Priority Mail® , will
arrive three-five business days after shipping from Brook Curtis Jewelry. ($0-$20 order Free Shipping,$20-$100 order =$3 shipping fee, $100-$200 order =$6 shipping fee, $200 and over =$8 shipping fee.)
Signature Requirements
for Shipments
Please note that we only
honor FedEx signature waivers for shipments under $250. If your delivery is
over $250 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx. If your
delivery is under $250 we still require a signature unless you have a waiver on file with
FedEx. These requirements are for your protection.
When will your order be
processed?
To help you plan when to
expect your order, if you place your order before 3 PM Eastern Time on a
regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing
that day. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3
PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the
following business day. Since most ring orders require us to set diamonds or
gemstones or resize the ring expect an additional 2 days to prepare the jewelry
to be shipped
Special Deliveries
Since jewelry is often
given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible
to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a
fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address
other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. Please contact us via

Shipping to an Alternate
Address
If you will not be home to
sign for your order, Brook Curtis Jewelry can ship your order to your place of
work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to
protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $100 or
more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will
confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping
address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and
provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available,
or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it
shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at
your leisure. Find the FedEx
location nearest you.
Delivery Details
We will do everything in
our power to ensure your package arrives in time. However, inclement weather has
been known to cause delays in select cities. Typically these delays are only
one business day. Your up-to-the-minute order details are available on our
order status page.
Shipping Options
If your order is being
shipped via FedEx delivery service:
- Delivery usually arrives in three to five business days
(Monday through Friday) following shipment.
- Brook Curtis Jewelry will ship only to a street
address, not a P.O. Box address.
- Signature is required for shipments totaling $250 or
more, regardless of any waivers
you may have with FedEx.
If you are unable to be
available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an
additional fee. Call 310-686-1210 and a customer service representative will
arrange this for you.
If your order is being
shipped via USPS Priority Mail:
- Delivery usually occurs within three to five business
days after it is shipped from Brook Curtis Jewelry.
- USPS service will ship to a street address or a P.O.
Box address.
- Signature is required.
APO & FPO Shipping and
International Orders
We can ship orders under
$10,000 to APO and FPO addresses via USPS
Priority Mail®. Otherwise, we do not ship international orders.
Shipping Delays
We will do everything we
can to ensure your package arrives on time by using the most reputable shipping
providers. However, shippers do occasionally experience circumstances such as
inclement weather that may cause delays for which we are not responsible. Our
order status page provides shipping details as they are provided by the shipper.
